How to manually mark users as complete

This guide will show you the necessary steps to manually marking users as complete on assignments. The first step is to get to the appropriate area on the portal where we are able to change users course status'. To do this, go to your home screen on the learning portal and then on the task bar go to ''report'' followed by ''group report''. You will then end up on a page that looks like this, where you are able to break down your assigned courses and view who has and hasn't completed the selected course, as well as who is currently in progress of completing it. An important note is that the only way to change a user's completion status on a course is if the necessary course is currently in progress. This is so they have at least attempted the required assignment after being set up. The first step is to choose which of the assigned courses it is you are looking to access for the user, for example in the image below, it is for an assignment called ''new starters''. To do this, all you have to do is click the blue button titled ''change'' next to where is says 'all assignments'. This will bring up all your courses you have set up and released, just then select which assignment you are after. This will then produce a grid that looks something like this, however on yours there may be many more names of your users in a list. This shows quick diagram of the completion status of all the courses which are in a given assignment. Green means the course has been completed, grey means it is yet to be complete, and blue means it is currently in progress. The last step of manually completing the assignment is to click into the blue square of whichever course is in progress and you are wishing to change (Cyber Security Basics in this case). Scroll down slightly to the course content, and there will be a button to click on the right called ''set complete''. Once you have clicked this button, you will be given an option on which status you would like to change it to, we recommend 'complete', and then setting the completion percentage to whatever you please. After setting this, hit save and you're all done!

How to view your Reports as a Team Manager

In this article, we will break down how to view your teams reports as a team manager on your Learning Platform. The first step is to log in, and upon doing so, you will see a single 'Report' Tab on the top of your Dashboard. By clicking on this, you will see that you now have access as a reporter to the Group Reports, Course Reports, and User Reports. You can only view the reports of people who are assigned to you within your Group! The recommended area to see your teams progress is under Group Reports, where you will get a wide view of everyone within your team, the courses they are assigned, and the completion rate of each person for each course. As you can see within the Group Report example above, you are provided with a super simple overview of everybody, and are also given a Key to help break down the statuses of the users within your report! Along with this, a simple colour scheme is used for completion rates throughout; Green - Course Complete, Grey - Course Not Started, Blue - Course is In Progress. You are also able to narrow down your reporting search, if you are just after a single assignment. Using the Scope Filter for All Assignments, click 'Change'. This will bring up a list of all of your assignments, which you can then individually pick out to report upon. All of these Assignments can be Exported from the Group Report page, and can be seen and done below, using the 'Export' button on the right.
