How to create your own new Email Template

An email template is the content of the emails that are sent to users. These can be imported from an existing email, or created from scratch. Here we will be exploring how to create your own email template on the phishing tool Firstly, email templates are located under Manage > Phishing > Email Templates. 1. To create your own template click on "+ New Template" button 2. Here you will get a blank template if you already have the html of the template you want to create. Paste it in the HTML section and select source to preview the template. 3. To import an email firstly click the 'Import email' button. Once you have a found an email you want to clone. This content usually found within the 'View Original' in which you should copy to clipboard and then paste into email content. How to create a Landing Page

A landing page is the page user lands on after clicking on a link. These pages are educational used as a learning experience to protect yourself and organisation. Here we will be exploring how to create Landing Page and use data entry Firstly, landing pages are located under Manage > Phishing > Landing Pages. 1. On this page you will see a Generic Bob's Landing Page. If click on source at the top right it will show you a preview of this template. 2. On this generic template you are able to make any changes you wish such as editing text or images. Create your own Landing Page/Data entry 1. Firstly click on '+ New Page' button to create your own landing page. 2. If you already have html paste it on to this and click source and it will preview your landing page 3. To import site click on the red button. Then type in the URL of the site you want to clone. On the screenshot you can see an example of this for google Creating/using a data entry landing page 1. On the list of landing pages already available their will be a Microsoft Data Entry page and a Generic Data Entry 2. These data entry pages will already be ticked to capture any submitted data.
