This is a quick guide to show you how to purchase extra users for your learning portal.
Please note- existing clients who use the enterprise service (with your own account manager) you cannot purchase extra licenses this way, if you would like to purchase extra licenses please speak with your account manager and they will be able to assist.
This guide is for any companies who use Bob's Compliance self-service platform.
The first step on the path to purchasing extra users is to visit our billing page which can be found here. Upon entering that page, please then click the log-in prompt, and enter the email used for your account, before clicking 'send access link', like shown in the below image.
After clicking 'send access link', you will get a prompt to go to your email inbox and shortly you will receive an email from billing@bobsbusiness.co.uk which will look a little something like this:
Go ahead and click the little blue button to verify your email.
Afterwards, you will be brought to our billing homepage, which will include your companies details including your plan and the amount of users etc.
On this page you are also able to see your subscription and the renewal dates of your subscription, or you can select billing on the list down the left, and change your payment information if need be.
However, to purchase more users, you need to click the "subscription " tab on the left-hand side after doing this on the next page you will see the option "Change Subscription".
After choosing "Change Subscription" you now have the option to update your current plan or upgrade to a multi-year offer. When you know the best option for you either select "Update Current Plan" if you want to stay on the yearly plan or "Switch Plan" if you want to upgrade to a multi-year plan for the extra users.
On this page, you can see what your plan is like currently and the amount of users you have on it already. Just like when setting up your account to begin with, you will have the red slider at the top you can move to select the amount of users you will now need.
Please note - The amount of users displayed on the slider are not the amount of users you will be adding, that will be the new total. Eg, If you have 15 users already, and you slide the bar to 20 users, you will be paying for an additional 5 users, not 20.
Upon dragging the slider to your required amount of new users, go ahead and click 'update current plan'.
You will then be met with this page, with a quick overview of your new license purchases. If all looks correct and you have read it all, please click confirm changes. Upon clicking confirm changes, you will be taken back to your billing homepage, with your new and updated plan, showing your new user amount and price.
As you can see in the example photos, the user count for this portal has gone from 15 to 20, confirming your purchase.
